AN AWARD-WINNING MONTH FOR TELEQUEST

TRENTON, NJ (October 18 2001) - October brought a flurry of awards to media producers at Telequest. The Trenton based production company garnered five prestigious accolades in a two-week period. "Something of a company record" says Dan Preston one of three partners.

For a Child’s Sake, an agency information and promotion video for the Children’s Home Society, won an Aurora Gold award.

Dust Does Not Discriminate, a program produced for Isles and Rutgers EOSHI to help city residents make the connection between household dust and a child’s health, also won an Aurora Gold award.

"We’re running out of space for all this stuff," says partner Dick Blofson. If you have visited their Chambersburg offices you would know he’s not kidding. They have a very sizable collection from a nearly 30 year history. Among the collection are an Emmy nomination, Columbia Dupont Broadcast Journalism Award and The Line King a documentary about famed caricaturist Abe Hirschfeld for which Dick Blofson was principal cinematographer was nominated for an Academy Award in 1997. "The peer recognition is great but kudos from our clients are even better and you don’t have to dust them." mused partner Scott Nielsen.

Ever changing, Telequest’s current work moves them into the arena of streaming video for the web and web based training. The new look can be seen on their new web site, www.telequestinc.com.
